1. What this agreement covers

These terms govern your use of Conversion Clinic's website and services, including the Quick Audit and Conversion Review packages. By purchasing any package or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Conversion Clinic is operated by Fernando Baliño (“we,” “us,” “our”). If something here doesn't make sense, ask before you buy — contact us.

2. What we deliver

Each package has a defined scope described on the pricing page. In general:

Deliverables are strategic recommendations, analysis, and implementation guidance — not guaranteed business outcomes. We do not promise specific revenue, conversion rate, or traffic increases.

3. Payment and pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are due before work begins. Both packages require payment at time of booking.

Prices may change at any time but will not change for any engagement already in progress.

4. Refund policy

If we haven't started work on your project, you can request a full refund. Once work has begun (which typically happens within hours of payment), refunds are not available because the deliverable is a custom professional service, not a product.

If you believe the deliverable materially fails to match the package scope described at purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — either through revisions or a partial refund at our discretion.

5. Your responsibilities

To deliver on time, we need you to:

Delays in your responses may push the delivery timeline beyond 48 hours. We'll communicate if that happens.

6. Intellectual property

Once payment is complete and the deliverable is sent, you own the analysis, recommendations, and implementation notes we produce for your project. We retain the right to describe the type of work performed (without naming you or sharing specifics) for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise.

We do not claim ownership of your brand, website, or existing materials.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, analytics data, and project details as confidential. We will not share your data with third parties except as needed to deliver the service (for example, analytics tools required for tracking setup).

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific package in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption.

We provide conversion optimization recommendations based on professional judgment and available data. Results depend on many factors outside our control including your offer, market, traffic quality, and implementation.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continuing to use the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For active engagements, the terms in effect at purchase time apply.
